Student Induction Programme is designed to orient single major biotechnology students about the institute, Autonomy and departmental activities, Institute Orientation, students were familiarized about facilities and infrastructure of their core department, student interaction Proficiency Module ,professional & social body activities, Holistic Multidisciplinary Education (HME), Professional Skills-I, Activity Based Learning-I & II, Proficiency module (Soft Skills), student centric teaching ,learning process, evaluation & assessment system, course objective, course outcome, learning objective and learning outcome, Formative assessment, ERP, Universal Human values (Value Education & Professional Ethics), Literary (Debate/Public speaking),Creative Arts, Physical Health and related activities (Yoga & fitness) and NEP2020.

Outcome:

 To aid new students in adjusting to their new academic environment.  To provide them with a smooth transition into the core of their degree programmes by introducing the ethos and culture of the institution.  To aid participants in developing progressive and emotional ties with peers and faculty members in order to understand and self-reflect.  To instill the importance of cleanliness and wellness, as well as to assist them in realising the strength that lies inside them.  In order to bridge the gaps and encourage people to explore their academic interests and pursue academic excellence, it is necessary to rewrite and reform the foundational ideas.  To increase one's self-awareness, sensitivity, and understanding of those around them, as well as of society at large and nature.  To encourage holistic development by exposing students to a wide range of extracurricular, co-curricular, and curriculum-based activities.
