Future Opportunities:

• After completion of B.Sc. Chemistry (Honours), students can pursue their M.Sc. and Integrated Ph.D. These students have better chances to get M.Sc. admission in various prestigious institutions through IIT-JAM, HCU-CET, PCU-CET and CU-CET.
• Students can also go abroad for higher studies such as M.S or integrated Ph.D in various international institutes to carryout research in various specializations in chemistry.
• These students can choose their profession as Chemistry faculty such as junior lecturer and degree lecturer in government or private institutions after completion of M.Sc. degree.
• Depending on the interest, students can work in government/private sectors at various capacities such as Analytical Chemist, Bio-medical Chemist, Materials Technologist, Production Chemist, Production Officer, Quality Controller,
  Safety Health and Environment Specialist.
• They can work at various government organizations such as APGENCO, NTPC, HPCL, BPCL, IOCL and ONGC.
• And B. Sc. Chemistry (Honours) students have many opportunities across the country.
