Venue: Government College (Autonomous), Rajahmundry, Open Air Auditorium

Rules and Regulations

General Rules

  • ★ Participation is open to all students of the college (individuals or groups).
  • ★ Each team must have a maximum of 10 members.
  • ★ Participants must register by the specified deadline.
  • ★ Late registrations or on-the-spot registrations will not be entertained.
  • ★ A nominal registration fee of Rs. 3,000 may apply.
  • ★ Stalls will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis or based on the specific category.

Stall Guidelines

  • ★ Stall setup must be completed before the opening time (e.g., 9:00 AM).
  • ★ Participants must ensure their stalls are manned throughout the fest duration.
  • ★ Dismantling of stalls is permitted only after the event's closing time at 5:00 PM.
  • ★ Participants are encouraged to decorate their stalls creatively while adhering to safety norms.
  • ★ All products/services must have clear pricing displayed.
  • ★ Participants are responsible for managing cash or digital transactions securely.
  • ★ Stalls must be kept clean and tidy throughout the event.
  • ★ Participants must dispose of waste in designated bins.
  • ★ Use of microphones, speakers, or musical instruments requires prior approval.
  • ★ Participants must follow fire safety guidelines provided by the committee.
  • ★ Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.
  • ★ Stalls will be evaluated based on creativity, presentation, innovation, and sales performance.
  • ★ Winners will be announced and prizes distributed during the closing ceremony.
  • ★ The organizing committee reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant violating the rules.
  • ★ Participants are encouraged to provide feedback to help improve future events.
