- Guiding NRC member colleges for internships & CSP
Guiding students for internships and monitoring & evaluating their performance during and after internships is essential to ensure thot students gain valuable experience, knowledge, and develop necessary skills, to succeed in their future careers. When practically perceived, to fetch the opportunities for internships and Community Service Projects is o challenging task when the colleges, as individual units, alone takes up the job. As on NRC it is easier to shore the opportunities by matching the local demands. Therefore, it is advised thot the NRC colleges shall pool up the opportunities and help the students get better opportunities in the vicinity.
The role of NRC college is only to identify potential internships and communicate or distribute the opportunities. This can be done by compiling the data of students and internship opportunities (received from the member colleges) at the NRC level, and college wise adjustment of the opportunities. For example, students of a member college may be given opportunities identified by another member college but deemed surplus or not required by thot college. NRC may also get the periodical data on implementation of the internships and CSPS from the colleges to oversee the efficient use of the opportunities
