Sri. G.S. Prakasa Rao, father of Sri. G.S.Panda Das, IAS,(Present Commissioner, Collegiate Education) is an Alumni of Govt. Arts College Rajahmundry and pursued B.Sc Hons CBZ (1959 - 63). He was an Ex-MLA and Hon'ble Minister of Forests, Government of Andhra Pradesh from Yellavaram Constituency.
