Introduction

Dr. B. Gowri Naidu has joined in the Department of Physics, Government College (A), Rajamahendravaram through APPSC recruitment in July 2021. He completed his Graduation from Sri Shiridi Sai Srinivasa Degree College , Vizianagaram affiliated to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in 2011. He completed his M.Sc. in Nuclear Physics from department of Nuclear Physics, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in 2013. Duing his M.Sc. in Nuclear Physics, he got selected for Young Scientist Research Programme-2012 conducted by RRCAT, a DAE Research Institute, Govt. of India, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He is one among six members selected in physics stream throughout India in 2012 for Young Scientist Research Programme. He completed his Doctral Degree (Ph.D.) in Physics in 2019 with research topic of  "Applications of Nuclar Analytical Techniques for Biomedical Applications".

  • Worked as a “Project Fellow”  since September 21, 2013 to August 20, 2016 in a UGC Major Research Project, New Delhi, entitled “Acquisition and analysis of trace elemental data obtained from biological samples of breast cancer patients using analytical techniques” undertaken by Dr. P. Sarita, Associate Professor, Department of Physics, GIT, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam.

 

  • Worked as a “Project Fellow” since February 15, 2017 to July 13, 2018 in a UGC DAE-CSR (Indore Centre) Project entitled “ Multi-elemental mapping of blood serum of Diabetes Mellitus patients using synchrotron based micro-probe X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy” under taken by Dr. P. Sarita, Associate Professor, Department of Physics, GIT, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam.
