Future Ready with Artificial Intelligence" was organized to equip students with essential technological skills. The event was highly successful, drawing a total of 120 participating students from the departments of Philosophy, Political Science, Social Work, and Journalism & Mass Communication. the Departments of Philosophy, Social Work, and Political Science at Government College (A), Rajahmundry, hosted a workshop titled "Future Ready with Artificial Intelligence". Held at Buddha Bhavan, the event engaged 120 students from Philosophy, Political Science, Social Work, and Journalism. Gargi Unnikrishnan, Lecturer in Social Work, opened the event by introducing the speaker, Australia-based AI Leader Kalyan Tatavarthy. Mr. Tatavarthy’s presentation guided students through the evolution of AI, highlighting the revolutionary shift from analytical AI to Generative AI. He specifically tailored his lecture to show how AI tools can be applied in social science fields like philosophy and politics. After outlining the skills necessary for future careers and providing a live AI-assistant demonstration, the highly informative session was brought to a close with a vote of thanks by Philosophy Lecturer Sri Mahesh.
