The Hindi Department of Government Autonomous College, Rajahmundry, grandly celebrated the birth anniversary of Bharatendu Harishchandra on 30th September 2024. On this occasion, Dr. K. Goutham, Head of the Department, presided over the event and highlighted the literary contributions and social impact of Bharatendu Harishchandra. Dr. Prema Kumari from the Department of Telugu and Dr. K. Dinesh Babu from the Department of Sanskrit attended as guests and elaborated on how Bharatendu Harishchandra awakened society through his powerful literature. At the conclusion of the program, the guests distributed prizes to the winners of various competitions organized to mark the celebration.
