Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Annual Memorial Lecture 2024, organized every year under the auspices of the local Rajamahendravaram (Arts) College. As part of the Department Best practice, Radhakrishnan Memorial Speech started from this year as a commemoration of Radhakrishnan's association with this college. The first speaker of the program was "Acharya Sri|| Dr. Kotti Sri Ramesh- Dean Nannaya University - speaking - While many people did movements for political freedom in the freedom movement, against the colonial ideology→ with the intention of conveying Indian sentiment, Philosophy to the West - knowledge for intellectual and mental freedom. He informed about the way the movement was carried out. A teacher, a person without any political roots explained the way he got the best compliments of world leaders as an ambassador to Russia during the World War, how he rose to become the Vice President and President of India. Journalism Lecturer Rajabhushanam, Psychology Lecturer Rakesh and Philosophy students asked about employment opportunities in regards he said that the source of all departments is philosophy and many universities in the world have scholars and teacher opportunities for Indian Philosophy students. All the students today aspire to convey Indianness, Indian education and knowledge to the world, explaining that Indianness is not only for Indians but for the welfare of the world and called to conquer the attacks on Indianness with the knowledge of knowledge. College Principal Dr. K Ramachandra Rao, who presided over the program, said that our college offers rare courses which are not available in any other college, and as part of that, the college continues PHILOSOPHY to be a heritage symbol of the college. Department Lecturer M Pardhasaradhi, Satyam Suryanarayana, Social Work Lecturers S. Rani, K. Kusuma Kumari and students participated.
