The Department of Physics, Govt. College (A), Rajahmundry, organized the celebrations of Vikram Sarabhai’s Birthday on 12th August 2025. The program began with the garlanding of Dr. Vikram Sarabhai’s portrait, paying tribute to the “Father of the Indian Space Programme.” Students actively participated by delivering speeches highlighting his vision, scientific contributions, and role in establishing ISRO. Dr Ch Komala Lakshmi, HOD addressed the gathering, followed by Dr. Rama Krishna sir explaining in detail the life, achievements, and legacy of Dr. Sarabhai. The event inspired students to appreciate the values of dedication, innovation, and service to the nation
