On 28th November 2025, the Department of Physics and Electronics held a parent-teacher meeting at Room No: 115, attended by the parents of 24 first-year students. The meeting began with an address by HOD Smt. CH Komala Lakshmi, who introduced the department's major systems and all facilities available in the department as well as college. Sri K Venkateswara Rao, then emphasized the importance of time management for students and discussed potential career paths in physics. Sri Y Ramu, proctor of the class, provided a brief overview of internship opportunities and guided students on how to utilize their leisure time and college resources for competitive exam preparation. Smt. B Durga Lakshmi guided the students and parents about the opportunities in physics and the way to future physicist, while Sri Sudhakhar sir explored research possibilities for students pursuing physics. All faculty members interacted with the parents, addressing their queries, and shared their contact details for future communication. The meeting concluded with refreshments and feedback from some parents.
