The Government College Autonomous Rajamahendravaram Department of Botany organized 10th National Ayurveda Day on 23rd September, 2025. Dr. K.C. H. Mahesh, District Ayush officer, East Godavari attended as chief guest and delivered a lecture on the significance of Ayurveda and its practices. He highlights the utilization of natural nutrients available in the the nature on day to day routine activities of the human beings to improve health. The Ayurveda products produced from the plants are used to boost the strength and immunity without causing any side effects and harm. Department in-charge Dr. A. Srinivas Rao enlighten the importance of Traditional medicine systems Ayurveda as part of Indian knowledge system. More than 200 students, teaching and non teaching staff are participated in this program.
