On the occasion of energy conservation Week Celebrations, the department of physics and electronics conducted an awareness campaign in the college campus about saving electrical energy by minimum usage of lights and fans, avoiding unnecessary usage of air conditioners. The campaign also continued outside of the college campus starting from Main gate and continued to Rythu bazar and back to college through Eatstreet. More than 45 Students and 25 staff members participated and chanted slogans related to energy conservation.

Outcome:

The campaign created strong awareness among students, staff, and the public about the importance of saving electrical energy by minimizing the use of lights, fans, and air conditioners. It encouraged participants and the community to adopt responsible and energy-efficient practices in their daily routines. The slogan chanting and public outreach strengthened students’ sense of social responsibility and environmental consciousness.
