A Think–Pair–Share (TPS) collaborative learning activity was conducted on 27 February 2026 for I BBA (Honours) students as part of the course Applications of Artificial Intelligence. The activity, coordinated by Dr B. Prathima, used the digital platform Padlet to facilitate ICT-enabled learning. Students first reflected individually on questions related to processors (CPU, GPU, TPU, and NPU), then discussed their ideas with peers, and finally shared their conclusions with the entire class, promoting interactive and collaborative learning
Organizer(s):
Dr B. Prathima, Dept of Commerce & Management
Outcome:
Students developed a clear understanding of different processor types and their role in AI applications.
Participants improved their ability to compare CPU, GPU, TPU, and NPU based on functions and applications.
The activity enhanced critical thinking, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Integration of Padlet enabled technology-supported, student-centered learning and real-time participation.
Feedback:
Students responded positively to the activity, appreciating the interactive Think–Pair–Share method and the use of Padlet for digital collaboration. The approach helped them understand technical concepts more clearly through discussion and peer learning. Many students indicated that the activity was engaging, effective, and helpful for conceptual understanding of AI-related topics.
