The Department of Commerce and Management, Government College (A), Rajahmundry, participated in “Talaash–2K26,” a State Level Commerce and Management Fest organised by Adikavi Nannaya University, MSN Campus, Kakinada, on 13th April 2026. A total of 28 BBA students, accompanied by three faculty members, participated in various management, finance, HR, fun games, and cultural competitions. The event provided students with an excellent platform to showcase their managerial, analytical, communication, and creative talents while gaining practical exposure beyond classroom learning. The department also secured II Prize in the Solo Singing Competition through Miss K. B. Sirisha of II BBA.

Outcome:
• Students enhanced their communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

Feedback:
Students expressed that participation in Talaash–2K26 was an enriching and memorable learning experience. They appreciated the opportunity to compete in diverse academic and cultural events at the state level. Students found the activities highly engaging and beneficial in improving their confidence, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. They also felt motivated by interacting with students from other colleges and were proud of the department’s achievement in securing a prize in the cultural competition. Overall, students considered the event highly informative, enjoyable, and valuable for their personal and professional development.
