The Departments of Political Science and Journalism & Mass Communication, Government College (Autonomous), Rajamahendravaram, organized an online guest lecture. The session began with a welcome note by Dr. S Sankararao Mallavarapu.
Speaker: Prof. A. Nageswara Rao from MANUU, Hyderabad delivered a lecture on empowering the Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) in India: Exploring Inclusive Policies. He covered the historical and contemporary challenges faced by tribal communities in India, including socio-economic exclusion, land alienation, and the need for inclusive governance mechanisms.
Honours students and faculty members including Farah Yasroon,. Saroja, Ramarao, Dr. Sankararao, and Padmakumari attended the session.
